Ms. Docolas was called to the bar of British Columbia in 1992 after articling with the Department of Justice in Vancouver. During the early part of her legal career, she worked as an agent for the Attorney General of Canada prosecuting drug offences including serious cases of drug importing at Vancouver International Airport. In 1994 Ms. Docolas became a Provincial Crown prosecutor, conducting prosecutions in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia.
Since September of 2000, Ms. Docolas practices law as a criminal defence lawyer.
She has worked tirelessly in defending clients charged with all types of criminal offences including theft and other property offences, impaired driving and driving related offences, assault, threatening, criminal harassment, sexual assault, drug cultivation, trafficking and murder.

Isaac Ferbey was called to the bar of British Columbia in 2008, after graduating from the University of Victoria in 2007 and completing his articles with Marvin Stern in Surrey. He has an undergraduate degree in environmental science.
Mr. Ferbey has represented individuals charged with wide-ranging criminal offences, including thefts, assaults and stabbings, major frauds, firearms offences, child pornography and drug production, trafficking and importing. He has also represented individuals charged in high profile cases involving dangerous driving and hit and run, and as part of a legal team in a first degree murder case.
In addition to his criminal law practice, Mr. Ferbey has an established practice in traffic court. His clients have retained him to defend alleged traffic violations all over the province.
Mr. Ferbey has an interest in administrative matters, and has brought winning appeals or petitions for judicial review of decisions by police officers, the Office of the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles and government adjudicators in landlord/tenant disputes. He has also defended injury and breach of contract cases in small claims court.
